Problem Statement: Mavani was a newly established consulting firm with a capable team that understood their services well, but they lacked a structured sales system for consistently generating and managing new leads. Although the manager, Margaret Kahela, had strong knowledge of her staff and operations, there was no defined sales funnel, no CRM in place, and no standardized process for prospecting, follow-ups, or client retention. As a result, lead generation was largely ad hoc, opportunities were not properly tracked, and the sales team had no clear visibility of where prospects were in the buying journey. Solution Statement We designed and implemented a complete B2B sales framework, starting with a clearly defined sales funnel mapped to Mavani’s consulting services, from first contact to client onboarding and retention. We set up and customized a CRM to centralize lead tracking, automate follow-ups, and provide management visibility, while also training the sales team on structured prospecting, qualification, and pipeline management. This enabled Mavani to move from informal selling to a predictable, repeatable sales process that supports sustainable growth and long-term client relationships.
